Job Description: Full Time & Part-Time Gardeners
Salary: £22,000 to £28,000 per year (DOE) + profit share bonus
Organic Gardens is an established garden maintenance business that puts people and the environment first. We are recruiting for passionate gardeners to help grow our business, and lead the charge in environmentally beneficial gardening practices.
The company is expanding as we continue to take on more customers, so we are seeking experienced full-time and part-time gardeners to help us maintain high-end gardens across South West London.
As our business name suggests, we care deeply about the environment, and we need candidates who feel the same way. If you are passionate about gardening, and are willing to learn about new organic processes to maximise the potential of our clients’ gardens, then we would love to hear from you.
Communication is key to success in any business, and as such, the ideal candidate must be able and willing to talk to clients about their garden, and communicate effectively with other team members and management about the work that needs to be done.
The following skills are recommended:
- Full clean driving licence, if applying for Team Leader role
- Horticultural qualification or relevant work experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ gardening experience
- Great plant knowledge
- Good time management skills
- Ability to work on your own initiative

Full-time staff work Monday to Friday, 7.30am – 4.00pm, with 20 days holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays.
Part-time hours are flexible, ranging from 8 to 24 hours per week.
